Just recently I posted about my experience trying out Ladies Balance ASANA Daily Restore. ASANA Daily Restore is a powder supplement that helps balance women’s hormones and is made of all natural whole foods and herbs. You can read all about it here.
Although I told all about the product in the post mentioned above, I didn’t tell much about how I took it. Now, I’m giving you the best recipes I found for taking ASANA Daily Restore.
I mentioned in the previous post that because of the powerhouse of herbs the ASANA has, it sounds healthy, but not very tasty. And the girls at Ladies Balance didn’t add a ton of sugar to the mix since they wanted to keep it healthy. Is it possible to get our taste buds that have been trained to crave all things sweet to enjoy the ASANA Daily Restore? Absolutely!
I came up with three different recipes using the ASANA Daily Restore that tasted great. One recipe is simple and the one I mostly stuck with. The second recipe is simple also but great for those who need a little more flavor. I came up with the last recipe by combining our normal morning smoothie with the ASANA for a super-smoothie.
The Simple ASANA Daily Restore Smoothie
My Simple recipe is just the ASANA Daily Restore mixed in orange juice. I’ve found that orange juice is a great liquid for taking herbal mixes. And if you mix it in a blender like I did, the powder blends in so well there is little to no texture of it.
The Fast and Fruity ASANA Daily Restore Smoothie
My next recipe, The Fast & Fruity, is also super quick and easy. I used almond milk (raw cow’s milk would also work great) to get a creamy flavor and added in strawberries for taste and health benefits. Since this recipe was designed to have a more sweet taste, I added maple syrup for a healthy sweetness. You could substitute honey or stevia instead. Add in one tablespoon of the ASANA Daily Restore and you’ve got a great quick smoothie.
The Probiotic Powerhouse ASANA Daily Restore Smoothie
As I stated earlier, I tweaked our daily kefir smoothie to come up with the last recipe. I called this the Probiotic Powerhouse because of the goodness from the kefir and the ASANA Daily Restore. I used equal parts milk kefir and orange juice, added in some raspberries (one of my favorite fruit), and some maple syrup again to sweeten it. Then, I added in some collagen because of it’s joint, skin, and hair benefits. The results were just as the name says-a probiotic powerhouse of a smoothie.
Here’s a quick video I made showing you just how simple it is to add this little gem into your daily routine.
