Place meat into Instant Pot. Dice all veggies and place in Instant Pot. Pour in broth. Secure lid on Instant Pot and turn knob to “steam” setting. Press “soup” button and adjust timer to 20 minutes. Once cycle has completed naturally release the pressure. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy with some homemade sour cream.
Feel free to add any other summer veggies you have growing-peppers, carrots, garlic and fresh herbs as well.
